Sotheby's International Realty is the global luxury real estate network with affiliated offices in more than 80 countries. The site uses Cloudflare Turnstile and CAPTCHA challenges that block plain HTTP scrapers. Piloterr handles the challenge and parsing and returns each search page as paginated JSON: price (native currency), beds, baths with half-bath precision, interior sqft, lot acres, location, MLS ID, agent name, affiliate office, and feature tags.
