Search returns { results, pagination }. Property returns one flat listing. price is the asking amount. price_display is the label printed on the page, such as USD 2.400.000. currency is USD or ARS. Building fees, when the page prints them, are expenses in ARS and are not part of price. These pages do not show a struck previous price, so the response has no was_price.
Suggested cards from another neighborhood are left out. A property response does not include the similar listings block.

GET /v2/argenprop/search
Pass a place or a full Argenprop results URL. A place becomes /{property_type}/{operation}/{slug}. The default is apartments for sale.

query is the place, or a full Argenprop results page. The placeholder is palermo, a neighborhood in Buenos Aires. That call returns apartments for sale.

query accepts a place or a full results URL.
palermo calls https://www.argenprop.com/departamentos/venta/palermo.
rosario with operation=alquiler and property_type=casas calls https://www.argenprop.com/casas/alquiler/rosario.
https://www.argenprop.com/departamentos/venta/palermo keeps that path. operation and property_type do not rewrite a full URL.
casa/venta/rosario is normalized to /casas/venta/rosario.
property_type is departamentos (default), casas, ph, terrenos, locales, oficinas, or quintas. operation is venta (default), alquiler, or alquiler-temporal. sale and rent are accepted as aliases. A mixed index such as /inmuebles/palermo returns 400.
page starts at 1. 2 asks Argenprop for ?pagina-2. Page 1 and page 2 of Palermo apartments for sale return different listing ids. When page stays at 1, a pagina-N value already present in the results URL is kept.

Search cards do not include a garage count or an orientation. Those two values show up on the property sheet when the listing prints them. A room-name list on the sheet (Dormitorio, Baño, Cochera) does not replace the numeric counts.
On 29 Oct 2026, page 1 of apartments for sale in Palermo started with listing 20724993 at Jerónimo Salguero 2700, Palermo Chico: USD 2.400.000, 275 m², 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 5 rooms. The heading was 11.536 listings across 577 pages, and next was https://www.argenprop.com/departamentos/venta/palermo?pagina-2. Listing 19017618 on the same page asks USD 87.000 and prints + $150.000 expensas. Page 2 (?pagina-2) started with 19445693 and 19203168 and shared no ids with page 1. 19203168 asks USD 340.000 with + $830.000 expensas.
