Fetch one cleared job. `query` is the job URL from search or the slug, for example `analyst-washington-district-of-columbia-1902823`. The slug ends with the numeric id. The response is a flat object. `security_clearance` on this record comes from the posting, and `description` is the full text.

## Pagination

## Use cases

## Error codes
