Fetch one Centris.ca listing from its English or French URL. The response is one flat object for that listing: asking price, address, bedrooms, bathrooms, characteristics, broker, taxes, and photos. `id` matches the search card.

`price` is the asking price in CAD. `price_display` is the label printed on the sheet.
